About Arth Circles
Arth Circles is a youth-led mental health initiative that fosters healing and self-expression through the arts. Co-founded under the guidance of art therapists, the platform creates safe, inclusive spaces where individuals—especially from under-resourced communities—can explore their emotions through visual art, music, movement, and storytelling.

The Problem
In many under-resourced communities, mental health support is scarce, often overlooked, and difficult to access. This lack of care leaves individuals, especially children and marginalized groups, vulnerable to emotional struggles, undiagnosed learning disorders, and a sense of isolation. Traditional mental health services are often not available or culturally relevant, leaving communities without the tools to manage stress, trauma, or developmental challenges.

Arth Circles addresses these gaps by bringing psychologist-led, art-based therapeutic interventions to those who need them most, providing a unique and accessible approach to mental health and emotional well-being.
Mission and Vision
At Arth, our mission is to expand access to mental health care by offering art therapy and psychologist-led programs that nurture emotional well-being, support early identification of learning disorders, and foster healing within under-resourced communities.

We envision a world where every individual—regardless of background or circumstance—can access compassionate, creative mental health support. Through the universal language of art, we aim to build safe spaces for self-expression, resilience, and community connection.
